Recently on Steam a new game was released called The Binding of Isaac. It's a randomly generated action RPG shooter that's heavy on the Rogue-like elements and is pretty apparent to have been influenced by The Legend of Zelda in the style of the dungeons.

The game was made by the same team that made a game called Coil (though I doubt most of you know about that game) but there's a good chance you're at least familiar with half of the team behind this unusual game, Edmund McMillen. He is also half of Team Meat, the team behind Super Meat Boy.

Like Super Meat Boy, when I finally got to play this game I had to make a sculpture of the main character. I based this sculpture off of this image. [link]
