Description I've decided that I'm going to sculpt as many of the characters from Super Meat Boy in the same scale to my recent Meat Boy sculpt as they appear in game. This is the second sculpture in the series.

This is Commander Video from the Bit.Trip series of games. The rainbow trail was added with Photoshop but I had to have it for the picture seeing as that trail is kind of Commander Video's signature trait.

The only Bit.Trip game I've played is Bit.Trip Beat and that's only because I have it on my iPod Touch. I kind of want to play Runner but I've yet to do so.

if you didn't know, super meat boy was in "Bit. Trip Fate (wiiware)(it was the 5th game in the Bit. Trip series)"
and i think Bit. Trip Beat (first one in the series) came out in about... 2006, which i think was before super meat boy, so technically, commander video did not come from super meat boy, still, i really like the figure

Meat Boy has made a few cameos in the Bit.Trip series. I've seen a video that showed him in Bit.Trip Runner, the first game that featured Commander Video as a playable character. CV was always the icon of the Bit.Trip games but wasn't playable until Runner. That's actually where he got his signature rainbow trail.

The XBLA game "ilomilo" has a few cameos from other indie games too. The two I'm certain of are the Goo Balls from World of Goo and Meat Boy. [link] [link]

I'm trying to make any character that appears in SMB which is why I sculpted Commander Video. Currently the list of possible sculpts is at 31, I've made 10 so far.

These are freaking great. I hate to be a copy-cat, but I'd really like to do all of the unlockable characters too. You've done a great job with all of these.

Go right ahead. Not counting the first boss (it would be huge and need a well made armature, it also would be hard to duplicate to sell) and the various enemies in the game, there are going to be 30 possible characters for me to sculpt.

Thanks!
