Here's Steve, better known as Mr. Minecraft from Minecraft, as he appears in Super Meat Boy for PC.I had a bit of trouble with this sculpt. Turns out making a small character made entirely of cubes isn't as easy as one would think. I had to make the head, body, arms, legs, and feet all separately and then glue them at the end.
Painting the sculpture also presented some problems. The shirt and head each had to be painted multiple times due to the other color accidentally getting on the other piece.
While I'm here I wanted to congratulate Markus "Notch" Persson and everyone at Mojang for Minecraft reaching it's one millionth sale a few days ago! Way to go guys!

Same here. Though I haven't used the default skin since I found out I could change the skin at will. Currently I'm Samus but I may change it to the Creeper in a suit skin sometime soon.

I wanted to make a tiny little pickax to put in his tiny little hand but I had to scrap that idea because it was simply too small to sculpt while having any sort of strength.

actually his name is "Steve?" and not "Steve" because Notch is always questioning his name

If this was meant to be how he appears in Minecraft I'd agree with you but this is how he appears in Super Meat Boy for PC and in that game it's simply "Steve", not "Steve?".

Where exactly did you see Notch complain about it because I have a feeling that if he ever really had a problem with it Team Meat would have done everything in their power to change the name with a patch of some sort?

he didn't actually complain but he did tell them that it was supposed to be steve? not steve

The only thing I found regarding the name was that Notch always writes the name as "Steve?" because he can't decide what he wants the name to be, I found no evidence that he actually had a problem with it being "Steve" in SMB.
Since this is how the character appears in SMB I'm going to leave his name as it appears in that game. Plus I also used his more common name of "Mr. Minecraft" in the title anyway.

I'll call it whatever I want so long as it's obvious what I'm talking about. This is a sculpture of a character that appears in Super Meat Boy so it's perfectly appropriate to use "SMB" when talking about it.
