Err... how should i read this? i am not as native english speaker and find difficult to figure the right order of steps

Left to right. The top row first, read the left-most column, then move right more. Like this: V -> V -> V -- the rows of pictures divide the two halves of text.

I used this for the first edition RD basic with forelock. I will try to get a newer RD and try it out.

his was a great template for my little dashie, but I did something a little bit different. I separated the entire mane right down the middle, the right side (facing her) was the bangs, using full red, orange, and half yellow, and the rest draped to the left down her neck and 'pinned' against her wing. Sure, she's bald in the middle, but I really wanted the yellow in her bangs. I cut the bangs a tad too short, but it's MUCH better than the mess she began with.
Thanks so much for this tutorial, even if it was a little bit difficult to see exactly what I was supposed to do. For the record, this was my first 'hairstyle' challenge. Not bad for a first try! lol

why didn't i see this before cutting my rd's hair. WHY. i cut the bangs to short and now, i don't even know how to describe it or what to do with it. oh, well, like i always say, you can never have enough ponies! oh and thanks for this tutorial, i'm sure it will help a lot!

So, you're awesome. Shittily set up or not, this tutorial is great. Just finished styling Rainbow Dash's hair, and it looks much better. Shame Hasbro couldn't do this themselves....

My little brother is a handful like that, heh. Of course he had my rainbow dash to compare it to- I didn't mind, because less hair for the little boy to play with means less hair that I have to painstakingly repair from a state of disarray.
