After five minutes of turning and burning with the Ace Flanker Pilot, and starting to run out of ammunition, Newsman was starting to get frustrated with his adversary. He then remembered that this pilot had a habit of always latching onto his opponent until his target was killed, something that could be fatal to a pilot if such a thing were exploited. Knowing this, He dove down into the mountain range below, and weaved in and around the mountains and canyons, making it look like he was trying to escape. Sure enough, Madmike called him out...

"He's on our ass!"
"Perfect"

Newsman slowed down enough to keep the Flanker close, letting him open with the Flankers cannon, some rounds hit the Panther, but the FA70 just shrugged them off the tiny insults. Finally, Newsman found what he wanted, a cliff face with only a hard turn or sharp climb to avoid at these speeds. He accelerated, knowing the Flanker would follow, and with the timing of an Ace pilot, Newsman engaged the lift fan, engaged his airbreaks, engaged the afterburner, and yanked back on the stick.

"HOPE YOU HAVE AIRBAGS YOU SONOVABITCH!" He yelled into the radio

The FA70 just seemed to leep up and over the cliff, clearing the face easily. When he disengaged the lift fan, he looked back, and sure enough, there was a fire ball. A funeral pyre to the enemy Ace pilot.
