I love this pic! The Berkut is one of my favorite aircraft!

The speed blur on the ocean is fine, what you’ve missed is the highlight glare on the sun reflecting off the water. You got a strong shadow cast off the plane on the water, plus a glare on the plane itself around the cockpit. Place a strong but distorted and blurred glare on the water at the right of the picture. Do it as a line of light at the same vertical angle as the plane to keep the right perspective. And don’t forget to distort and speed blur the line of light. Look online for reference of light on the water to get the right look.

Also, I’d remove that speed blur you have in the back of the plane. The ground/ocean effect is more than enough to show speed. The extra blur takes away from the overall look.
