The man who beat Red...probably. Listed his Japanese name, y'know, since he's Japanese. The manga also inspired his team, though I disliked his personality enough to stop reading the Gold/Silver chapters (which to be fair were in pretty terrible quality to boot). Always useful to know who has what on hand though.
While he did, and can, summon Ho-Oh he's an honorable Trainer, and refrains from using Legendary or Mythical Pokemon unless the circumstances actually call for him to pull them from their job of guarding nature to defend the world from the forces of [insert evil team name here].
