mostly charcoal with a tiny bit of pencil.i've been messing around with this for the last couple of weeks. i'm pretty happy with it but i think i'll refine it a little.
critiques are definitly encouraged.

no, it's not on canvas. i think its on strathmore charcoal paper. it has a very deep and consistent tooth which gives it that sort of effect. thanks for the kind words.

sometimes i think cheaper can be better
for art supplies. i've spent less and less
as time's gone on.
my first paintbrush was a kolinsky sable series 7.
it's been used about 6 times. i need to
have a garage sale...

sorry it's taken like 3 months to reply.
it took maybe..... 7 hours maybe 8.
i used charcoal pencils sharpened a lot!
on strathmore charcoal paper.(with just a tiny bit of
graphite)
