Wow! Great job! I am always amazed with realistic traditional artwork. His hair beard and eyes are really impressive. I would suggest to add a little more contrast with his clothes and there are several parts where it is hard to see the transition from face to beard to background. I had that same issue when I did more traditional art. (I had a teacher who every single day of working on a piece would tell me to add more contrast.) Overall great piece and the shading came out smooth and it is a very good likeness of the original.

Yea that is my kind of style, sketchy and quick. This picture had also been matted and was behind protective plastic when I took the photo. Which kind of blurred it a bit.
