Amazing capture! The only thing I see that could be improved is that I think it would be a more interesting shot in a portrait orientation, vetical instead of horizontal, by cropping out the blank space on the sides of the bird. Aside from that, still a top-notch photo.

It's a splendid picture. Can you remember or verify at what shutterspeed you made this one? (I suppose 1/500)

Thankyou!!!!! yes this was taken at 1/2000thsec thats the minimum really for birds of this size, thats what makes it so difficult. trying to find a good place where such high shutters can be got and at the same time
having some predictability with the birds too.
