HOLY PINK SPECTRUM BATMAN! ...let's just say it even hurts MY eyes...For who was so kind to commission me in my time of need.
It's of her fan interpretation of who Chibi Venus might be. I fell in love with the cute hairstyle ^_^ This might be my last piece for a week, but I'm not sure. You're right, she does have a very cute hairstyle. I must say though ... it looks a little darker compared to your other works. I think it'd look better with more light shading, but, maybe that's just me. I do like bright colours.
