I don't quite remember the tape but I will look into my files and find it... I remember it was after you lent me Gundam Endless Waltz. Im sorry to bother you about the commision request while you are on a sabbatical. I have always kept you near and dear to my heart because you showed me that being into anime was never something to be ashamed of before it became popular to be into. I really got into The Legend of Korra and felt that Korrasami was something special. I would love to talk to you more about anime but I will admit I do not like the direction DBZ went. As far as im concerned DBZ ended after Gohan became Mystic lol. I've seen some of your cosplay online and was not surprised by the level of quality you put into it. It makes me regret even more that I missed that Halloween day you came decked out but I didnt bother coming in.

Ahh sorry for the super delayed response! It's no problem at all, it might be helpful to have something to draw, I've been in a terrible artblock for like a year and a half. -__- Aww well I'm glad I could give you confidence to like what you like. I'm just one of those people that care little what other people think haha. Man I still need to finish Legend of Korra, still have like half of season 3 and then 4 to go. I know about Korrasami tho since it as everywhere after it aired. XD Oh man I haven't watched DBZ in forever. I think I kind of lost interest in it after a while, but it's cool. What are some other animoo that you're into nowadays? Haha ahh my cosplay isn't all that great, it just has the illusion of looking decent on camera when really I have no idea what I'm doing. XD These days I see people make their first cosplay and it's something I probably couldn't even make if I tried it NOW. XD Damn talented whippersnappers.

I wish i had more time to kick back and watch toonz all day lol, i work on installing natural gas pipelines to individual homes. What do you do for a living? I hope it something you enjoy and not just a job! Hopefully something art related because your art was out of this world!

Lol dont say that your cosplay is awesome! You were there doing your thing to bring cosplay mainstream before it became the "cool" thing to do lol! i know how you feel about artblock so long ago i thought i was an artist till i hit high school and saw real artist and it locked me up ever since. You had the talent though i saw it then and know you have it now. I've been trying to get into Attack on Titan but it kinda scare me lol. Karas the prophecy and revelations was my new jam for so long, i even got my brother into that. Also we both fell in love with Blood the last vampire so hard too. Of course my brother and I cant say enough about Ninja Scroll, too. Only the original movies though the series too different. And i am a disciple of Akira though through research i found the manga to be completely different than the anime. I know Legend of Korra not true anime but it grabbed me unlike any other cartoon series since Disney's Gargoyles back in the day. That was a fully realized show in animated form.

Haha aw thanks. When you see it up against pro cosplayers tho it's definitely one part disheartening one part inspiring. Yeah I'm just that cool kid who's cool before it becomes cool. XD Aw no, I hope you've drawn some since then tho? I have crazy talented artist friends who make me want to burn all of my stuff so I know how you feel, just gotta do what makes you happy tho. Aww do you scare easily? I love horror so Attack on Titan was straight up my alley, as was Tokyo Ghoul. X3 Some anime I've really gotten into over the last few years are Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, Kill la Kill, Tokyo Ghoul, Attack on Titan, Free!, Danshi Koukousei no Nichijou (Daily Lives of Highschool Boys), and others I can't think of. The classics from the 90's tho will always be my favorites tho. Oh man for animation in general I LOVE Adventure Time, Bee and Puppycat, and getting into Steven Universe. I've heard great things about Gravity Falls too. I just really freaking love animation in any form.

Haha oh yeah there is tons of awesome Kill la Kill art out there... i Kind of collect fanart from series I love on my computer. XD I used to work in a restaurant, but I quit after my depression came back and I've been in a sort of decline since then sadly. I'm hoping this year I can kind of get myself back together finally. In the meantime tho I have been making a little bit of money with art. Not enough to live on, but it helps haha. That sounds tough what you do tho.

I do understand how depression can be your worst enemy I face it myself and sometimes i dont win the battle. It has affected me at my current job. Sometimes I cant even muster the will to go to work myself. I only get by because one of the big bosses is a extended family member of mine. It is hard because people at work tell me to power through it and get laid and high to get my mind straight but that is not the answer. Im not mad at them people like them dont understand the struggle that people like us go through. It is never a quick fix solution.

Sometimes i feel selfish for being so low on myself when I look at others who have it worse than I do you know? I have a decent job and my own place and 2 cats who I love but it sometimes it doesn't  seem enough to rise above the despair. The only saving grace at this time of year is the cool movies coming out. Im a big comic book movie guy lol.

Yeah exactly, and I'm sorry you suffer from it too. At least you're lucky you have a family member sort of watching your back. I get really irritated with people sometimes when they don't understand that if it was so easily fixable, we'd fix it. Who likes to feel sad/nothing/generally low in spirit all the time?
