As requested, I uploaded the remaining tut pages that I made, though didn't get enough time or motivation to complete the whole tutorial so I didn't upload the rest as deviations.

Just remember this tut wasn't for you to replicate what I showed, it's to teach you the range of tools and techniques that are used to create manips, and it's up to you to expand on them and experiment and come up with your own stuff. Some of the techniques are used for overlaying textures as well, though I didn't get to that part. Blending modes, which is covered in this though, uses the same steps as overlaying textures to images, so experiment with them and enjoy.
