Everytime I go back and look at this picture of kimimaro I did, I'm just not satisfied with it. Especially the head region. I took a lot of the suggestions that people gave me on how to improve it, and came up with a subtely changed alternative. I think it's better myself, but as is the way with these things, I may have accidentally made it worse... I've left the original head in so people can see the difference! Let me know what you think about the changes and about what can be done to improve it further.EDIT: I have now fine tuned it even more... Chakrabird commented "Maybe it's because I don't really like the style where the eyes are drawn on top of the hair" ...and I suddenly thought.. *I* don't like that style either!! Why the fuck did I do it? That was what I couldn't put my finger on I think, along with the eyes still being too far apart... so here's the *final* version (no, honestly). I've moved the eyes even closer together, improved the shading on the hair (suggested by MortalArkAngel on the first version), and edited the hair so that it falls over the eyes and eyebrows. I'm happy with it now... I think.

Wow..I haven't come across much Kimimaro fan art. Then again, I don't go out of my way to look for it either. ~Rubs back of head.~ But still...this is truly awesome! Any fangirls out there would be frothing at the mouth right now..and if there aren't any fangirls for him, then I should become one to avoid competition with the main bishounen's of the show. Heh, now I'm just rambling. Seriously, it's very nicely done, and I'm enjoying peeking at your other works as well.

XD Your bondage picture was also very...eye-pleasing. But perhaps that's just my own fascination with such. Actually, I noticed you'd been to my page and that you know Kazu! So...it was like I just had to say something to you. Yeah, Kimimaro was pretty cool; the fight between Gaara, Lee and him was one of the best. Would have been cooler to see Neji fight him..but that's my biased opinion.

Lol, my sister ( ) pointed out that you forgot the belly button. That makes me giggle. Anyway, again, very nice piece. I'll have to look at the original again to see what you changed to give some meaningful comments, but for now, I really do like this. I love the fading-off sketch lines that make the shadow, and also how you colored them. Oh, the pose is sexy too. Subtle, but sexy. And did I mention I LOVE it when people define neck muscles and tendons? Necks and collarbones can be so sensual...
If all anime looked like this, I might still like it. *drools like a moron*
