Description This is a gift for I showed her some naruto, and she devleoped a crush on Kimimaro something bad XD
So here ya go Lizla, fanart for you
I'll be selling this one at aya too, so if anyone going wants a print reserved, let me know! ^_^
I think I'm pleased with this. I'm certainly pleased with the colouring... I don't normally try to be so detailed. I'm not so sure about the drawing itself though. The more I look at it, the more subtely *wrong* it seems.

EEEEEEEE I love Kimimaro!!!!!!! Squee!! I really love the pose, it's dead sexay! The details are very nice, like the foggy look at the bottom, and his outfit looks great The only thing that kinda bothers me is that the eyes seem a little far apart.... but everything else looks absolutely wonderful! Very nice job ^^

Thanks so much! Your timing is a little strange actually, since I'd just decided to come back to this deviation, and sort out some things I was unsatisfied with... which includes the eyes! check out my new version... hopefully that'll be a little better...

I think Kimimaro is a very sexy and sensual character in Naruto . He is almost (or downright) seductive, and this drawing exemplifies that idea. Good work!

Gotta be honest... not much of a fan of Naruto. But this is really incredible looking! I think my only complaint or criticism... whatever you want to call it... is the lack of color in the background. But then again, that same lack of color gives the character a very cold feeling about him. So, I guess I don't have anything to say about it at all, other than it is very well done. I love the sketchiness in the shadow. But then, I just kinda love sketch art. ^^

Oh, decently. Job hunting has been hell, and I am penniless (besides the occassional commission here and there) but otherwise fine. I haven't had access to the internet in quite awhile, or a way to upload art, either, which has been difficult for the commissions. Life has been pretty laid back, however... o_o

I don't know what it is, but I think the legs seem a little thin. Maybe I'm just imagining things. In any case, this is a pretty cool piece of work. Hope Liz liked it.

The clothes are done very well. I like the scratchy shading you used on the skin and partso f the clothes. The consistency overall of the shadows is amazing, expecially on the rope. The hair just seems a little to simple in comparison to the rest of the picture. Very Awesome overall though XD.

I love the texture you used for the clothes, and the body- super hot! I think the only part that looks alil wrong is that the left eye (my left) is alil too far to the left. To be honest thou it kinda adds to his weirdness coz it makes him look alil spaced out XD I love the faded b/g too it really works ^^

the only critique i can think of is the red under the eyes
i think they neeed to be a little bit more subtle...

No worries. I'd rather people gave me good advice than just praise. it's more helpful for me in the long run. I think you're right though... Especially coz the eyes are beneath his hair (but you can still see them in that good old anime way XD) I might tweak that a little later.
