I warned you about the fan art spam! This time it's Osriel from Carol Berg's Lighthouse Duet. As much as I loved this guy, I have some difficulty drawing him
I think I'm beginning to overcome that. Back to the muddy palette! Might scrap later and attempt another painting.

I love these books! I'm reading The Rai-Kirah trilogy (same author) these days, it's awesome as well! (I have three other fan art pieces, but don't go looking for them until you finish book 2. Don't check out my gallery either, you might see it. One of them has a pretty big spoiler

I admit I don't know who the character is, but he definitely looks very cool and interesting. I like it. 
I've always thought it's hard to draw people with hoods, too, and you do it really well.

*squeee* I loved those parts, those two were so cute, suffering together in their diseased pathetic-ness! I had to go and re-read those parts, ye gods, just how feverish were they? I bet Voushanti was feeling pretty awkward.
And then there's the second paragraph on page 37. This talk of 'reaping great pleasure' and 'stripping of Pureblood finery' I was like "Oooookaaaay... someones taking this 'I'm your lord and bound master' thingy a bit too far"
