Pendrel is the coquettish yet devious owner of a night club known as the Krystal Kacoon. Her sugary voice and mannerisms are a front for her psychotic tendency to feed on her clients; whom she'll weaken with her venom and take to her private quarters. Despite this, she has shown an actual attraction to Needles, and attempts to seduce him.....while she intends to feed on his friends. Pendrel is also slightly power hungry, and enjoys being in command.
