You weren't quite sure where it came from, but Jumanji seemed like a harmless video game, something that might distract you for a few minutes before you got bored and found something else to do. But as soon as you hit start, you discovered it was much more than that. You found yourself transported to a strange jungle with no idea how to get out. And in someone else's body.A display appeared after you tapped your chest, calling you Jake Davenport, Master Mesmerist. You were the character you chose in the game. Your listed strengths include charm, seduction, and hypnotism. Your weakness is combat. "Great", you think to yourself. "Trapped in a video game and my weakness is fighting. How lame is this?"
That's when you saw her walking toward you. A gorgeous redhead in an impractical, but eye-catching, outfit. Maybe this game wasn't so bad after all...

Ruby lies on the ground unmoving, stunned by the woman's spell. She smells blood in the air and rushes Ruby. From a greater distance I go into a dead sprint towards my companion.

The woman turns toward you and readies another spell. Seeing you in danger spurs Ruby into action. A sweep of the leg sends the woman falling to the ground. Ruby uses a hard punch to the face to finish her off, then gets to her feet just in time for you to reach her. "Oh Jake, your distraction saved me!" Ruby wraps her arms around you and kisses you on the lips. It seem your hypnosis session made her braver in more ways than one.

Wow, what a fortunate turn of events. I was sure I was going to have to reveal my true self to Ruby there. Thank god for her badass streak.
I let the kiss linger. 'Wow Ruby, I didn't realize you felt that way about me.'

She smiles at you. "Of course I feel that way, silly. We share a deep bond." You recognize her last words as something you said during her hypnosis session, just as you see the rest of the guards moving toward you.

Shit, I might have went to far with the hypnosis. Don't have much time to contemplate that now though, 'Um, Ruby?' I point towards the direction of the 8 quickly approaching ogre-like guards. Ruby may be a badass, but she'll definetly need some of my assistance.

Ruby starts talking in a low voice. You quickly realize that she's not talking to you, but herself. "I am strong, brave and kickass" She charges at the men, landing a punch to the face on the nearest one, but she's quickly overwhelmed by the others.

Ruby is able to incapacitate another before several others grab at her. They start getting handsy with her. One rubs her head and feels up her chest, while the other rubs his gigantic hand clumsily against her ass and between her thighs.
Two of the guards approach me with malice in their eyes. 'Wow guys! Stop right there!'

"Get off me you big goons!" She sees the guards walking toward you, but is powerless to intervene.

The guards in front of me stop. I touch both of their heads, my hypnotic powers fully course through them. 'Attack your friends and save my companion.'
Ruby somewhat makes out what happens, but she is also busy resisting the pervy ogres. They have yanked her top down and ripped her shorts off revealing cute pink panties.

Your hypnotized guards run toward the guards holding Ruby. She takes advantage of the distraction, kicking one of her captors in the face, forcing him to let go of her. She lands hard on the ground and rolls to safety as the two groups of guards start to fight each other.

The ogres precede to beat the living oils out of each other.
'Ruby!' I run over to aid my comrad and developing love interest. 'Are you okay? They didn't hurt you too bad did they?' I glance down at her pulled down top for only a moment.

Ruby gets to her feet and looks down at her body. Her ripped pants have fallen off and her pulled down top is so badly stretched it may never go back to its original shape. To make things even worse, her legs and stomach are now covered in dirt. "Great! Just great!"

'Hey I think the look fits you, now you look like a weathered badass. You just need to readjust that top a little bit.' She's showing a generous amount of boob for the moment. 'Plus the mud looks sexy on you, and cute panties by the way.'

She brushes as much dirt off her legs as she can, then readjusts her top, shooting you an annoyed look. The guards have knocked each other unconscious and fall to the floor with a thud. Ruby looks around at the bodies littering the area. "I hope I can find someone with pants that fit me"

I didn't know what sort of magic this was, but knew I would have to get my bearings quickly if I was to survive. The statuesque redhead before me appeared confused, so I wagered that she was another player, like me, transported by that mysterious game. I figured that we may have to work together to make it through this jungle, so I approached her. "Hi, I was just playing that Jumanji game and got transported to this jungle. Is that what happened to you too? My name's Ed by the way, although, my character seems to be named Jake. What's your name, or names I guess? " I'm nervous in the presence of such a beauty, speaking too quickly and stumbling over a few words.Β

Her face lights up after you finish talking. "Oh wow. You don't know how happy I am to meet another human being in this place! Yeah, the same thing happened to me. Once second I was starting up the game, the next I was in this weird place... in this body." She looks down at herself, clearly embarrassed to be wearing such a revealing outfit. "My name's Jane.. but... in here I guess I'm called Ruby"

As she looks at her body, I couldn't help but gaze down at her exposed skin as well, but I quickly make sure to look back at her face, hoping she didn't notice. I remember my list of strengths and wonder if my charms could possibly be applied to other players, or just NPCs. I decide that it would be much easier to be comfortable around Jane if she felt as attracted to me as I was to her, so decided to give it a whirl. After all, we would have to get along to work out what this game was about. I actively thought about putting as much charm into my voice as possible, and told Jane, "You look beautiful." The lamest line possible, but my voice changed to one unfamiliar to me as I spoke, and I felt the words being embodied with some kind of power. (I imagine this would be similar to how Dr. Smolder appeared when doing his smolder)

After hearing you speak, the looks of worry and embarrassment disappear from her face. She blushes, clearly pleased by the compliment. "Oh... well... uh... thank you."
Jane smiles at you. "That's very kind of you to say." She seems more calm now. Your presence, or maybe your voice, has had a comforting effect on her. Her eyes are now locked on you, never once looking anywhere else.

I smile back at her, pleased that my ability worked as well as I could have hoped. "I must know Jane, have you checked your display?" I touch my chest to demonstrate how to do so. "What are your strengths and weaknesses listed?" Then sensing her hesitation at revealing such information to a stranger, I say, staring directly into her eyes with maximal charm, "My darling, you have no secrets from me." I am far more at ease now that I have seen the influence I can exert over her.

Jane is all too happy to show you her display. She wants the two of you to work together to escape this game, after all. But just as she's about to touch her chest, your words catch her off guard. "My darling? My... aren't you the charmer..." She again blushes. Ordinarily she would be annoyed at how overly familiar you seem to be getting after just meeting her, but there's something about you that she just can't help but find charming.

((I turn it on in such a way that only I can see it, not Jane, sorry if that's not accurate to the film. I can't remember exactly how it worked in movie)) I'm momentarily surprised as she calls me a charmer, suspicious that she might have caught on to my powers. I look at her closely though and ultimately decide it was simply a coincidence she used such a phrase. Suddenly I here the rev of what sounds to be a pack of motorbikes in the distance, and a sense of unease sets in. "Quickly Jane, I must know your strengths, if we are trapped in a video game then there's bound to be enemies about, and I don't like the sounds of those engines. We need to strategize, and fast."

Your words reminds Jane of the dangerous situation she's in. There's no time to focus on the cute guy she's with. She's got to focus on getting out of here. She taps her chest and a display instantly appears over her, showing that her strengths are various martial arts and something called dance fighting. Her weakness is venom. "Ruby Roundhouse is some kind of badass fighter." She says that proudly, happy to be able to hold her own in a fight while in this odd place. She looks at you. "Now let me see yours."

Although she seems to fall easily to my charms, I feel she may become wary if I tell her my true strengths. Instead I again turn on the charm. "Beautiful, you don't need to know my strengths, there isn't time. I will say though that my weakness is combat, so I'll need you to make protecting me with your martial arts skills a priority. If I die, you'll be all alone, and you don't want that, so my life should be protected above all else, even your own." I grin after speaking. Even though the smile would usually seem out of place, I know that with my avatar it will only amplify my charm.

Ruby is suddenly very worried. She likes this guy, but why doesn't he want her to see his strengths? Is he hiding something? And then there's that last thing he said. "You... you think my life is worth less than yours?" She starts to back away from you, getting very concerned about what you're saying.

I realise I appear to have over-estimated my hold over her. I have to have some tact rather than relying on charm alone. "No no, that's not what I meant at all. I just meant to say that we need to stick together if we are to survive." I see she is still unconvinced and I may require another of my more potent abilities. As the roar of the motorbikes grows louder, I am unsure if I will have time for a hypnotic induction, and have to hope this video game hypnosis acts quickly. I reach into my pockets, and sure enough I pull out a spirally pendulum, this Jumanji game playing right into classic hypnosis tropes. Knowing exactly what to do with the device, I thrust the spiral in front of Jane's face, rocking it slowly back and forth, hoping my last ditch attempt will allow her to forget her suspicions. ((Sorry, it's 1:50am where I am, so I'll have to get back to this in the morning))

Jane is now very suspicious of your actions. She's beginning to wonder is she'd be safer on her own. Would this stranger really help her escape, or is he only interested in himself? But she stops backing away when you take out the pendulum, confused. "Wha... what are you doing? What is that thing?" Her eyes begin to follow the pendulum's movement.

The first motorbikes are now visible over the horizon, so I again try to hurry. I now use charm in conjunction with the hypnosis, the latter fortunately appearing to have been working. Speaking calmly I tell her, "My beautiful, beautiful Jane, as you stare into the pendulum, you feel all your worries floating away, everything disappearing, so you can just focus on the pretty, pretty pendulum in front of you. As you stare, you also realise how tired you are. You've been through a lot today, traveling to a magical world. You deserve a rest. When I snap my fingers, you will finally take that well deserved sleep, and you will finally be able to focus on the important things in life, the pretty spiral, and the sound of my voice that you love so much." I swing the spiral a little more, waiting for Jane to be deep enough for the snap.

As she stares at the pendulum, a blank expression forms on Jane's face. "worries... floating away... pretty pendulum..." As you finished talking, her eyes begin to close shut, which is why she doesn't see the motorbikes quickly approaching behind you. They'll be on you in less than a minute.

*snap* Hopefully in this state Jane will be more willing to do as I say. I won't be able to fully redesign her personality now, there is no time. I'll just work on the essentials. "Ok Jane, you will no longer find it odd that I will not tell you my strengths. You will not even consider that I have not told you. You will also ensure that keeping me alive is a top priority, above even your own life. Now when I snap my fingers again, you will awake, but remember these commands I have given, and even while awake, you will find you desire to comply with my every command. However, you will believe that my commands were your own idea, not mine." There is just enough time to check that Jane has registered my commands before I wake her to defend me from the bikers.

Jane slowly opens her eyes. At first, she looks groggy, like she's just woken up from a dream, but a second later she sees the motorbikes racing toward you and immediately becomes alert. "Ed, look out!"
She run past you and leaps into the air, knocking the lead biker off his motorbike with a flying kick. The two bikers flanking the leader move to attack her, but she quickly dives out of their way, causing them the knock each other out. They both fall to the ground as their bikes crash harmlessly into some nearby trees. After checking that all three bikers are knocked out, Jane turns to you. "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine. Thank you. You were fantastic." Now that the immediate danger is gone, I turn my attention back to the lovely Jane, realising I have still not tested my seduction ability. I do not know how strong it is yet, but figure if anything goes awry I can simply use hypnosis to ensure Jane does not react poorly. "I must thank you properly." As I say this, I smile seductively and move quickly to kiss Jane on the lips before she knows what is happening. I do not know if she will melt in to my arms or attack me but I figure this is the easiest way to find out.

The kiss takes her completely by surprise. Her first instinct is to pull away, but your lips feel amazing pressed against hers. Still too stunned to kiss back, she enjoys the feeling of your kiss for a few seconds before finally pulling her mouth away. She has a strange feeling that she was angry at you only a few minutes ago, but she can't think of why that would possibly be. Anyway, she feels too good right now to really care. She looks at you and once again finds herself blushing. "I... um.... wow."

Seeing the effect I have on her, I move to kiss her once more, this time more deeply, in order to solidify her infatuation. I then decide that she could do with some changes to her personality, remembering that she should be susceptible to my commands. I whisper into her ear, "You now believe yourself to be Ruby Roundhouse, a seasoned adventurer. However, instead of being a killer of men, you are a lover to one specific man, that is, me." I watch as my words become her truth.

The woman who used to know herself as Jane doesn't speak as you finish talking. Instead, she stares at you, a smile slowly forming on her lips.

Ok Ruby, my lover, we must find out what our quest is if we are to proceed. Now that she believes she is Ruby, she fully accepts this game as reality, so I won't disrupt the illusion. I walk over to one of the downed bikers, a woman with close-cropped hair who is coming to. I maximise my charm and ask, "Who sent you?". As a mere grunt, my charm easily overpowers her mind and she gladly reveals everything she knows. She and the gang were sent by a Professor Russel Van Pelt, who is using a artefact named the Jaguar's Eye to control the animals of the island, and saw us as a threat to his power. She tells me that if I wish to escape the island then I must return the Eye to its rightful place. I consider the option, but decide instead that I have no desire to return to my old life outside the game, enjoying my newfound power far too much. Instead, I would much rather take the Eye for myself, and see if I can put its mind-controlling properties to good use. Ruby also listened to the downed biker's tale, so when she finished, I turned to Ruby, and we looked knowingly into each others eyes, our quest to obtain the Eye now clear.

Ruby Roundhouse is always up for an adventure. And this promises to be a good one. "What are waiting for? We've got a magic jewel to find!" Ruby turns and heads toward theΒ area given to us as the location where Van Pelt sent the bikers from, her swaying hips beckoning you to follow.

I almost feel hypnotised myself at the sight of Ruby's swaying hips, and quickly follow my new partner and lover. Upon catching her I ask, "Ruby my dear, I heard you mention one of your strengths was 'fight dancing'? Before we begin on our quest, could you please demonstrate for me? It would help our quest if I better understood your skill set." I do not know what this fight dancing may entail, but knowing Ruby, she will make it sexy.

(Not having seen the movie is fine. All you really need to know is that you're trapped in a video game, you're in the body of the character you chose, each character has special abilities, and another player is in the body of Karen Gillan, who is insanely hot. You could be a woman in a man's body, like what happened in the movie, or we could change your character to a woman. Either is fine with me.)

(Right. I understood the basic premise of the movie from the trailers, I just wanted to make sure you weren't going to get too in depth into the plot and wind up losing me somewhere along the way.
