Description
Howl vel Howell (vel Hauru, as you like) and Sophie from Diana Wynne Jones' wonderful novel "Howl's Moving Castle". I'm not sure which version I like the most - the book or Miyazaki's movie. I just love both - that are two quite different stories after all. And I love them both and how they are arguing all the time in the book (just imagining them married makes me laugh^^).Anyway, it's just a quick drawing, so it may not be perfect, but I like it. I did it just for fun and because I wanted to. I guess, I will draw them again.
And I would have never expected that drawing pen could be such fun after all.
EDIT: I have added some little details and scanned it again. Now the colours look more like in the original version, even if they're still a bit different.

this is the first picture I've seen in which the design wasn't taken from the movie. Thank you. Gotta say, though I do love the movie, the characters from the book look nothing like the ones in the movie in my head XD

This imagery of Sophie and Howl is very original. I just read the book, and I think it was fantastic! The movie is good too, but I prefer the story and characters of the book.
