"I have you wished you joy since first I saw you." Like Aragorn, that was my wish for Éowyn. At the end, I was happy with her fate because she found Faramir and his noble and tender heart. And that reminds me that, even in the darkest hour, we can find happiness.

I like the colors and texture very much. They make this look rather old and ancient, I think, which is good. The addition of the stars embroidered on Eowyn's cloak is nice too. Thanks for sharing this.

This one was done with Acrylics in Painter8. But I don't use acrylics any more - they're hard to get a good contrast with.

Very beautiful picture. :] Eowyn and Faramir were always my favorite couple (after Celeborn and Galadriel; you should do a pic of them too!). And I wish Mr. Tolkien wrote more on their romance then the little excerpt they got.
