This one turned out nicely though.
The cloud cover really pissed me off also.
I got a few okay shots but for most of them the dark side lost almost all of its reddishness :/

Ty. Too bad that there were clouds. For South Germany, the weather forecast was claiming a cloud-free sky, but approx. one hour before the partial eclipse began, the weather radar refreshed, showing a bunch of clouds over my site. I was really annoyed since I also carried out the C11 for capturing Jupiter...
Hopefully, the summer weather will be more steady next year.

Yeah, was pretty much the same for me.
In the last few days the weather forecast always tells me that there will be a few clear hours or maybe even a night,
but then it's either complete cloud coverage or one of these thinner cloud layers.
If it was at least clouds with clear sky between them.
Hopefully, August will be better - I really want to try to capture M81 and M82.

It is the same here for me. Maybe I will still be going out today, only have a couple of days left for filming Jupiter..
