Here's a pic that actually turned out to be more than I thought it would be o.o But then also a slight failure in not being able to produce the coloring I had in mind. Still! I am quite content with how it turned out. Though I'm afraid it might look rather light for a lot of people. I know my monitor's set kind of darker than average..Anyways, inspired by the latest Dark pic by which got me to start seeing Dark as a spirit of the night, as opposed to something that just dwells in the night. So a bit um.. of a stretch, but here's Dark hanging the moon and laying out a blanket of stars

Very stunning.
It's a beautiful image, the lines are clear and defined, and the character in itself is interesting. The dark colors match really well with the general 'feel' of the piece. The tones and shades to this is also very wonderful.

I think you did a wonderful job on this picture, even if it ddn't turn out how you liked. I personaly think that the colors used give this picture a dark amotosphere even though some of the colors are a bit lighter. I especially liked how the moon turned out, its like a light , held by the bringer of night, framed perfectly by the darkness. I think that if you used darker colors, it might not have come out as well as it did.

This piece is really cool and creative. I like the originality here, it's almost like the living embodiement of the night sky. The face is really good and works well with this, and the whole thing blends together very well. It almost looks like some kind of illusion.
