Sorta the reverse of what I did before where I coloured a picture all in blue hues; on this I did everything in shades of grey
I have no idea how they'd correspond if I actually just took a picture of Negs and turned it to greyscale, but it's approximately there....I did this sketch back in... September or so? so it's really not that great, and outlining with the path tool could only help it so much (as in, not really at all) with the awkwardness. But it's reasonably neat.
Oh, and don't mind the awful guns. I didn't use any kind of reference for this (which obviously I should've) so... I mean, you can tell they're guns, right...?EDIT: UGH the colouring is spotty on all the "black" areas. WHY? I need to go back and fix this - it looked OK last night when I finished it but there are obvious problems. Oh well.

It took me a while to figure out what this picture reminded me of, and then I realized that, from the pose and the use of greyscale, it sort of reminds me of the iconic "Scarface" poster. I bet if you punched up the contrast a little bit more, it'd look even more striking.
That being said, awesome job. It's nice to see subtly evil expressions from Negs sometimes.

He'd gun himself up over the top if he could, absolutely. XD Thanks! I have no idea who (or what - no, let's be realistic here, it's "who") was just shot. But I'm sure whoever it was will be sure to NEVER again to whatever it was that got Negs to shoot at them.

Guns are really hard, so if you had no reference, I'd say that's pretty darn good. The greyscale suits Negs pretty well.

It looks impressively... but from the distance.
When I see it close I can notice many too keen or wrong lines and some problems with proportions =_0
But I like an idea of drawing and black\white colors you used for this

Yeah, I'm still *really* needing work on proportions (and I'm already better than this now, but DW/Negaduck is still always tricky for me). I actually am pretty surprised that this has been THIS popular (for me, this is a lot XD)... I mean, I like parts of it, but there's plenty of room for improvement. Oh well

I think you need more practice in digital drawing - I like your sketches, but it seems you have some difficult with work on computer =q May be when it will be re-done, it will be more popular then now

... I know I should stop adding my own interpretation to expressions in case I'm terribly wrong, but it looks like he's casually looking at the thing he shot, which I imagine to be a fuzzy creature who tried to fuzz all over his cape. A sort of 'die already, a'ight?'
