Description
Sans is made from from scratch with my own original patterns. He is wired and fully posable, including the fingers, and stands around 15 inches tall. He is made from minky and his fully removable clothes, including his jacket and kigurumi, are made from an assortment of minky, fur, scrubs, and knits. His faces are interchangeable and were designed by my awesome friend min-min-minnie (follow her on tumblr) before they were vectored and digitized for embroidery by me. The skull is clay and coated with a glossy finish, so the faces can be slid over the skull and pinned to the neck. The pins don't show behind his turtleneck, so they are almost undetectable. He has a happy, winky, bad time, and pain face.

Having made my first Sans at the beginning of 2016, it is nice to see how I have progressed in translating designs into plush. This Sans is shorter and fatter (which were major goals in 2016), with a more proportional face. Also, the areas around his neck and shoulders are more realistic, and his clothes fit better in those areas. Even after a year, I still couldn't resist an angst photo shoot. It satisfied my deep need for sad fan art and was a great way to show off his changing faces and posability!

I don't usually remake characters, but after over a year I was willing to revisit this fella for a very special client. He is now on his way to join Papy and Underfell Sans in a big skele-family! Before I did he had the chance to meet my Sans, who was pleased to meet such a handsome stranger who had a great sense of humor.
