Description
Sans is quite the piece of work. He is made completely from scratch with my own original patterns. Sans was a personal project and is not for sale or future commission. He is wired and fully posable, including the fingers, and stands 17 inches tall. He is made from minky and his fully removable clothes are made from an assortment of minky, fur, scrubs, and knits. I love Sans' expressions, so I knew a plush of him would have to have more than one. His faces are interchangeable and were designed by my awesome friend min-min-minnie (follow her on tumblr) before they were vectored and digitized for embroidery by me. He has a happy, winky, bad time, and pain face. All are inspired by canon expressions. I wanted the proportions to reflect fan art and an actual skeleton more than canon, so he is more realistic than his in game art. I wanted to show some tibia and fibula. He would still be very short next to a plush Papyrus. Sans was both a challenge and a pleasure to make. I'm so happy with his outfit and hands, plus the faces are great for photo shoots.v2 Sans (2017)

Simple, have a wire structure under it so you can change the way it's posed.

Would you mind telling me how you made his face? I've always wanted to be able to do things like that, but just don't in know how.
If you don't want to tell me, or go through the hassle of telling me, can I ask if it's embroidery, and if so did you do it by hand or machine?
