This is a really wonderful picture. It's elegant yet somewhat dark, but really beautiful. I admire the way you've made the folds in the flocth of her dress, especially where the fabric ends and is a bit worn looking. The reflection and the ripples in the water was done masterfully, and the way the trees farther back look almost like they were done in water color is very appealing and doesn't distract the viewer very much. Lovely work

This is so beautiful! I love how the woman seems to have that look where she's saying goodbye, but it's one of those 'I'll see you later' type of goodbyes because she isn't weeping or trying to catch one last glimpse. What adds an even better touch to how I see this is the red water and the mist. Now that I think of it, this reminds me of the novel 'Sabriel' and the myth of the river of Styx.
