Do you remember?When we planted seeds between the floorboards
And in the tea cups and pots?
I remember those days, and I waited for you,
until the day you didn't come
and the flowers had bloomed without you.
So this part of a project I have in mind. I plan to write a whole story with some comics related to it maybe, I just hope I have the dedication to pull through haha. The girl in the picture is currently unnamed.
But, I'm super proud of the way this turned out, mostly because I hadn't really tried to do a detailed background of anything until now, and never an interior.
Any critique or feedback is most definitely welcome!

Ahh thank you! I really have to revisit this painting and maybe draw another one with the same character! I had so many story ideas for this one but I never got around to doing them haha.

Oh, it would be great if you developed a story around it, really! I think it has a lot of poetic potential... and your flash stories are so nice, so I bet you could really build a lovely story on this! ^^

Oh yeah! That's what I've been planning to do! Or maybe i could do a vertical strip comic or a regular page with panels comic... I should probably think of a story first before I worry about that kind of stuff though haha. Hopefully my story will work out!

The POV you chose is delightful. You did a beautiful job and are rightly proud of it. The little detail of the second cup makes us so sad for her.

yeah. I usually participate in NaNoWriMo during november. It's where you try and write a 50K word novel in a month. So I'm hoping to write a story based on this idea. And then during december or january I can edit and make a little comic for some scenes? idk I'm not one to commit to my ideas very well.

I love the perspective and lighting of this piece~! The way the light hits the porcelain of the tea set and how it reflects on the table is so beautiful! And the plants look so beautiful! I love how the vegetation shows through the windows as well! The concept looks amazing over all! Keep up the fantastic work!
