For the NATG on EQD. Theme was "draw a pony laying down." It took me three hours to draw this, I missed today's deadline, and I'm not even happy with how it looks. See, my challenge for this year's NATG is to avoid using reference images. And that's hard. Also I was going to draw a dark, shadowy background and some actual shading. But I'm exhausted and I've got to wake up for work in a few hours, so here you go.Tilter Gallant (seen here) is awesome. I'll definitely be drawing her more in the future.

Really digging the irregular shading, not sure what it reminds me of but it's super cool. The tail could probably use a shadow to ground it, but everything else looks really solid. Well done!
