He was the opener for the concert I went to, which the concert in question was Sufjan Stevens.
I've been a fan of Sufjan for a while, but he asked this guy to open and I was blown away at the show he gave. I really would like to hear more from him.
As for Sufjan though... eh, kinda hard to explain. He's different, and his music is hit or miss for everyone. Lots of melodies, and a lot of cryptic messages in the lyrics. Also lots of storytelling. It was a great show at the end, and I even got a special copy of a record sold there, only 25 sold at each show.
