LINK TO VIDEOPlease give the video the thumbs up, because it keeps giving references "JUST LIKE THE SHOW", which means the extended edition is not as different from the show as people would think it is; it's very similar to the show.
While The Last Airbender was the best movie of 2010, it could have been much greater if M. Night wasn't forced to take out 25 mins for it, and then forced to take the fall for it.
And please don't be rude here. There are tons of public disussion boards on the internet for that.

But that's a rationalization, not proof.
Besides, Paramount gifted the movie with a doubling of its budget once filming was complete, just to pay marketing costs, so I doubt they had to rob Peter to pay Paul when it came to the 3D conversion.

The Kyoshi Warriors are amazing and its a real shame that they weren't in the movie.... Later on in the movies they are going to have to bring them back because of Suki being Sokka's main love interest....

i only wish they would of made yue come back as the moon spirit. its my only concern. the reason why i even watched it in the first place. thats a good let down.

Well they really didn't show her as the Moon Spirit in the first season, it just appeard that her ghost went to Heaven, or the Spirit World, until her father said what his vision was when she was born.
It's more in the other two seasons, that they show her as the moon spirit.

The movie was great,I liked it. I guess in my opinion,younger kids who watched the animated series would appreciate it more. I watched the animated series on nick and loved it. I'd love to see the full version of it!

I have seen them, but it seems the DVDs don't cover all that was recorded. There's a lot more that was taken out than just what the DVD shows.
