As far as I've read, if you mention that in ear shot then there will be a lot of pain to be had of the speaker.

That's one tough cookie.
I suppose when neither gets it you could say that's the way the cookie crumbles, right? *Shot for pun*

Lots of puns from you today, but nothing I'm going to shoot you for. I don't think any of them will resort to licking a crumbled cookie off the floor, and indeed, either it will crumple, or that is one tough cookie.

Chocolate chip, the most haloed of all cookies. I'm sure that they'd fight you for it too.

It's mostly the competitive nature, and less about the cookie. It's all about the principle.

Good explanation! by the way, what are your thoughts on the recent Mewtwo pic I uploaded, just disregard the passage from the Bible and focus more on the pic instead, if you're not too comfortable with it

Other than, "Darn it. I was going to draw that!" I literally had a sketch jotted down. Then followed by, "I wonder if I should use that as a title." Lighting is getting better, but the purple paw pads confuse me.

Unfortunately unless you have a plain looking one, you almost always need a drawing to support it.

If I was to design a mewthree, it would probably be some kind of a mindless overpowered new version of Mewtwo (and probably creepy), since for there to be an actual mewthree, Team Rocket would have to try and make a new clone, which wouldn't rebel against them. They'd probably fail and it would go on rampage anyway.
I don't know how others think their backstories, though, since there seem to be some stories with several creatures called Mewthree, as if it was some kind of a race rather than a distinct pokΓ©mon. Maybe in these people's way of thinking about it Mewtwo himself created them so he wouldn't be the only one or something, but then he probably would have made them just like him, and call them mewtwo(s), rather than play with types and such.

Vaporeon249 In reply to AlphaXXI [2012-01-06 15:29:25 +0000 UTC]
That is usually the gist of it, if it's male. If it's a girl, then less likely, but basically a Mewthree is an overpowered god-mod by default.
Depends on what sort of "rules" you follow. If you're into Mewtwo, and make a Mewtwo clone, then it's a species. So for the most part if a person is making a Mewtwo character, it's treated as a species rather than a standalone. If you're doing a Mewthree, then some will do "Mewthree: The Mewthree", and that's roughly the majority. I did a full set, and usually if you see clusters of "Mewthrees" it's probably because I had some bad influence there. Sorry.

They're not completely hopeless. If you really work at it, they can be taught to get along, work together, and have decent relationships with other individuals. Problem is, is that Team Rocket seems to raise most of the Mewthrees, so they either learn to be cold-blooded killers, aggressive fighters, or are broken shells.

Of course, as long someone have emotions and the will I also belive they can be thought to love... Yet that wasen't what I meant. What I tried to point out was that in most situations Mewthrees and Mewtwo are portrayed as "ready to fight", "I am a born fighter" etc. They are all born to fight and create disaster but in familly/friendship situations they have no use for their powers anymore, it even may create a problem for them. They have to be very careful, especially if they hang around whit humans or other weaker beings from themselves. They are walking powergouses, I mean if they blow up in anger at someone the result of it might happen outside their heads as well if you see what I mean?

I suppose so, but I also see a lot of those weak damsel Mewthrees too. It's more to an individual and the artist in question. Most Mewthrees are owned by guys, and most of those are male. Fighting comes with the territory.

Shiro87 In reply to Vaporeon249 [2012-01-06 16:41:11 +0000 UTC]
Ugh, those damsel Mewthrees...It's really like they just surpress themselves to live up to their female role model or something. I mean there is no reason why a female Mewthree should have weaker powers then a male one, we aren't talking fysics here but psycics. Likes that your strongest Mewthree is a female.

Vaporeon249 In reply to Shiro87 [2012-01-06 16:50:13 +0000 UTC]
Probably related to male macho behaviors, and the other fact that girls who make weak females tend to use them as proxies for their romantic interests with Mewtwo. I'm starting to guess that Legend Guard and myself are tomboys.

I'm not sure what cookies they'd be into. This one is chocolate chip, but I personally just think it;s just a matter of pride, who gets the final say, and the final cookie more than anything else.

human72 In reply to Vaporeon249 [2012-01-06 13:44:17 +0000 UTC]
I see. then some one comes along and gets the thing while they are distracted. that would be funny. But not for the person who did that. A pride issue? Possible. Anyway *hands you a box of cookies* that should keep them quiet for now.

Ah. I don't think you are going to get bitten by them anyhow. Just get in there put the box there when they are not looking and then get out of there.
