Description This was one of the ideas I wanted to work on for a while, but wasn't sure of the style approach until recently. I want to be better with a much more graphic style, which involves very heavy inking, lots of detail and lines. In this case, all the black that is seen is all pen. Could blame all my obsessive Batman: The Animated Series watching for spurring this style attempt, but mostly decided to research a bit more and work on my white/black balance.

The character is my Mewthree, Demisewan. She's a Mew, Mewtwo and Haunter breed, hence the title and the disconnected paws. Because she is a ghost type it makes her the ultimate sleuth. Granted, she prefers ventilation vents over the wiring and piping tunnels. Whoever wired this building was a complete slob, and it's probably quite dangerous to navigate.

Still happy to do story related work for my Mewthrees, despite being done the novels ages ago. The pose and angle were an absolute pain and trying to avoid using a white pen was time consuming since it meant a lot of cutting with the black when frankly white is less time consuming. I like the lighting and the mess of detail in this image. Thankfully, unlike the last inking heavy image, this one definitely balanced better.

Mewtwo is one of my favorite characters of all time! He is a BEAUTIFUL character! He'd be a good role model for today's kids but NOT during the 1990s, know what I'm saying?

Which has nothing to do with this image.

I love the colors in this and the heavy inking And the way that the cables are drawn. We can't blame you for being inspired by Batman TAS, which is an awesome show, because July has been a Batman related month with The Dark Knight Rises, which I'm going to see today

Great definition on her face, nice work. Heh, makes me slightly cringe to see just one cable tie among the mass of lines.

It's all a matter of expression. Need decent faces or I'd go nuts. And speaking of nuts, about that cable tie. Perfect little thing to add for those obsessive compulsive types who would love to organize the mess for the sake of their sanity.

wow, interesting design! somehow, Haunters, and anything with floating hands reminds me of Rayman. eitherway, this looks pretty awesome! I especially like how you did the tangled wires as a FG/BG, kinda reminiscent to maintenance ducts, might suggest she's a techie or something

So hate Rayman with an utmost passion. Thankfully I don't default to that when seeing floating hands. (Could lean towards Zelda and how those games are older and contains lots of shadow hands.)
Maintenance ducts are so much more organized, thankfully.

well, never really played Rayman, the floating extremities which Rayman exhibits just got imprinted in my mind.

And there it is here as it is on FA. NIce. though I wounder how they got the DNA from those three to make that,

Mew and Mewtwo are easy. I honestly cannot explain for a Haunter. I assume that since they can be shoved into Pokeballs, and have such a distinctive look, they probably have some sort of tangible coding that defines them. Not sure if it's DNA per say.

Ah I see. I think we may need to look in to how one gets a sample of a hunter or any goast type anyway.
