Cell is one of my FAV villains (Vegeta's my first of course)I don't really like Frieza and Buu just irratates me with NO END!!- er well, not fat Buu, fat Buu makes my IQ drop considerally... (I'm not trying to start a war up with people who do like these characters, so please don't eat/maim/kill me! )
anyway, I wanted to draw a pic of Cell with hair, cause I thought it would be interesting

To be honest, I don't think Toriyama liked Buu either. If I recall correctly he made him ridiculous to make people not want to watch the show anymore...

Ah yes, I think I heard of that, though it's still crazy how popular Buu is to some people.
Oh well, we all like what we enjoy I suppose. I still prefer the other forms of Buu's though.

For some reason when a friend and I got on a subject about Cell, my friend out of the blue just says 'I wonder what's under there?'
...so it got me thinking and I came up with this haha.

We don't own a scanner or computer at my house, so I have to go to a friends house to use their stuff.
