"psst??" she's quoting a line from the book where theoden had just referenced her brother a sentence earlier, hence the "his (meaning eomer's) sister" part.
I doubt from her work tuuliky is wanting for tolkien know-how.
Beautiful drawing btw, Im'm surprised it isnt more commented on. (I especially love that heavy blanket on her, both vikingish and plains indian, feels very rohirric)
