This is one of the three baby pandas born to the Cleveland Zoo this year, enjoying a nice breakfast of bamboo. Although three were born, only two were in this exhibit as one of the triplets had health complications and by the time it was well, the mother no longer wanted to care for it.

The DC Zoo also had red pandas who had triplets where the third couldn't be cared for as well and so they brought it here where the two baby pandas now have their own exhibit and are well cared for and loved by the zoo staff.

You can see the type of glass I typically have to shoot through, with the dirt and scratches, he was a little too close to get right up to the glass though.
