Parvulus doesn't like to draw attention to herself, she is very reserved and shy around other Ascalabotes. She doesn't like to have a voice in conversations and when she is asked her opinion she gets defensive and tries to get the attention away from her. However, don't let her meek nature fool you, she can be very aggressive and often has a bite first and ask questions later reaction. She has a hard time sharing food and shelter and if someone tries to take something from her she gets reflexively aggressive.
Parvulus was born in the Vesper clan, she was a three years old when the clan was attacked. Her mother tried to defend her and her brother but the Impiis killed her and stole the two young pups. Her brother fought back and tried to get away, this resulted in him being accidentally dropped and killed. Parvulus was raised by the impii with their pups and other pups they stole. She was forced to fight for everything and at first she was afraid of fighting and killing but that caused her to be pushed out of warm shelter and beaten to meals. Slowly she learned that the only way to survive was to kill anyone who got in her way. As she grew the impiis taught her how to use her natural mana to control the world around her, she learned she had natural land mana which made it easy for her to move like a lightweight even if she had grown to a heavyweight, she could also pull up massive chunks of ground the hurl them around with ease. When she was in her teens she was fighting another impii over prey and lost two of her eyes, severely handicapped her ability to protect herself but she quickly learned how to overcome it with aggression, lashing out violently at anyone approaching on her blind side. A few years later she was shocked to see Fratris swimming in the ocean, he became someone she was comfortable with and he taught her how to swim. They planned on escaping to the sea tribes and living underwater however Parvulus learned that the impiis were planning an attack on the Reilo clan and Fratris' sisters lived there so they decided to go warn them of the attack. Before they planned on going, Parvulus was attacked as she tried to hunt as the inner circle of impiis had long suspected she was going to try to escape them and her sneaking off to hunt was suspicious enough. In the battle they heavily injured her back leg but she managed to make it to the ocean where they couldn't follow. She was determined to help the Reilo clan fight them, even if she was still learning how to walk on three legs. Fratris and her started to travel to the clan's camp when they found Fratris' siblings, they learned that the clan was already on attack and Fratris' sister Soro lead them into the clan through a secret tunnel. While getting ready for the fight, Bellica offered Parvulus a prosthetic leg that would help her balance in the fight. With the prosthetic and her land mana she was able to hold her own against the impiis she had lived with for most of her life.
