He already is 2/3rds the way to completion. The Berserker is currently under coated.

Shame he's affiliated with chaos...

...and If he wasn't, there'd be no decoration and he'd be one colour all over (aka, BORING!).

Well if he wasn't he would look kinda plain. Plus he would just be a suit of armour as he is a demonic entity locked in his armour. He would just kinda be the tortured soul of a poor Chaplin in the warp somewhere.

If he wasn't ''affiliated'' with chaos then he'd be boring... why people are so terrified of Chaos I'll never know, probably 'cus they don't know art when they see it!
That aside, it's a bloody good sculpt, how long'd this take?
One thing that's been confusing me is that you're saying that these are all ''true-scale'' - What do you mean by that? They look slightly bigger to me.

I am a part of the 'True Scaling Movement' started by Doghouse a while ago to make marines truer to their artwork and fluff. My marines are in Actual Scale, which scales marines accurately to their fluff scale. There are a few other types of true scaling, one which involves making the marines slightly taller (ie: 'standy' marines), and over scaling, where you make them bigger then actual scale.
