Finally, after a long time, I am releasing Sweet Dreams, my best picture to date. I did my best to make it as much sweet & romantic as possible :3Related content

This is a magnificent piece of work, so i'm going to start with a few tips. Try to work on the hands more; you've got the finger part right, because it's all straight, like anime fingers should be but the part is really where the hand is leaning down by the skirt. I don't think that the thumb would be that far away from the real fingers in my opinion, I think it would be close to each other, just dropping down naturally. Another tip I could give you in my opinion is try to make the eyes level. If you look really closely you can see the two eyes aren't really level so i would try to get them level with each other. The one on the left is down but the one on the right is in the upper direction so i would try to work on that. The background is simply gorgeous; all elegant, glimmering and such like the stars should be. The outfit is a good touch too. When you look closely on the shoes, you can see the main part that you can't see isn't shaded much but that doesn't really matter. You've done a good job on the hair but its just on the top that I would add a bit more color. The hair hanging down from the bows is good too. The shading is such a dazzling touch as well. The fur coat looks very fluffy and cozy, I would want to wear that! I would rate this piece of artwork 4/5. I look forward to seeing your next exhilarating piece of artwork, great work! You direly need anatomy study. Her hands make no sense and her fingers are different thicknesses. Also, the legs need reworking. Define the knees more. I know you're drawing "manga" but some facial anatomy studies could also be of good use. Hopefully once you start studying real anatomy you'll see all the faults that studying other manga artists have infected you with. As a beginner you're probably better off practicing some more with a pencil and paper before continuing with digital.
And use reference when drawing cloth. That sweater looks like it's made of cardboard.
