Quite sublime.
The shading is smooth, not at all 'choppy' and the lighting that the shading causes allows for a greater focus on that single eye...
Your proportions are quite quite excellent and show that you've taken a great amount of care and concentrated intensely on this; it's not 'haphazard' or 'jagged' in any way that I can see.
I think what makes this quite amazing though isn't how you've shaded it, or how the lighting emphasises Dobby's eye, but how it all works together. You've used various techniques in tandem with one another and they've all culminated in this fascinating display. If I could be so bold as to say, this actually reminds me of the black and white photographs taken of veterans of WW2; it has that sort of effect, and feeling to it.

This caught my eye the moment I saw it. Beautiful... I love how you fully establish a light source, it looks like a black and white photograph more than a drawing, the fact you were able to draw this with a mechanical pencil is stunning. Only criticism I can offer is given the provided light source the shawow on the lowest aspect of his ear seems a bit sharp, but it doesn't take away from the picture. The sharp contrasts add to the dramatic expression, and the sharp angle of the light source. I hope I don't sound like a pretentious ass... I cannot even pretend to be nearly as talented. All your work is gorgeous, keep up the wonderful work. You have a rare talent, and I can see you certainly don't let it go to waste
