The only thing I noticed that could be a problem is that the crew seemingly have to bother the captain if they want to relieve themselves. ;]

This freighter does have mini-toilets in the refresher right next to the general crew quarters. It's intended to be more spartan and cramped, designed mostly for short jaunts between mining systems in the Deep Core.
