Nice concept
I think the shadow is a bit confusing:
The sun clearly comes from the top right corner, but on the ship it's not really clear...? Maybe make the contrast stronger and the 1-2-3 read of the shape? Some hard shadows of small objects over the surface would greatly improve the readability and spacy flair :3
