Have you seen anyone more beautifully tragic?Due to popular demand, I went with the shattered version of Pitch! And now here is his completed picture!!! WHOO!!!
Granted it's a bit dark, muddy in some places, but I'm quite happy with it! I actually had a lot of fun playing around with the cracks and shards of his cloak, not to mention all the lighting and such lol And I REALLY had fun doing the twists and folds of his cloak, though the wavy hem gave me a bit of trouble at first.
I was originally going to put a Night Gladiolus in his hand, but it became too cramped and made his hand vanish. 8P

Hah! Effort, yes, but mostly I kind of did a LOT of guess-work and experimenting. It only took me maybe...four, five hours?

ONLY FOUR OR FIVE HOURS?!?! That explains why my drawings aren't coming out like I hoped they would. Most of mine are only done within an hour or so.

O3O yeah I get a bit OCD when I do this kinda stuff. Which is rare cause I write more than I draw XD
And it's not just time, it's technique, different layer settings, LOTS of layers, and just generally a lot of experimenting.

There ya go! I recommend looking up tutorials as well for things like shading, textures, or use free templates for things like that. Play the the layer settings as well!
