Description Gigantoraptor is the largest known bizarre feathered dinosaur. It stood about 16 feet tall, 26 feet long and weighed around 2 tonnes or more.Β 
Gigantoraptor laid the largest dinosaur eggs,upto 45 cm long.

Fossils have been found in Mongolia, East Asia.Β

Nicely done. I'm surprised that Gigantoraptor would weigh as little as 2 tonnes for an animal that stands and 16 ft. Puzzling.

The specimen we have is a teenager, an adult would be larger.

Yeah, but I'm just shocked because you look at Indricotheres they're 16 ft high but weigh 15 tonnes, so it was surprising to me that an animal this size would be thatΒ lite.Β
