Description Oh I did Aeris again...I just love her...when I get time I'm gonna do all da ff characters! Erm I shud be studying but I did this. Btw I got the new Photoshop CS...it looks just like da old one, cept it doesn't have all my lovely presets. hehe like my butterfly brush? It's my fav!

I love the pose and expression and shading in this. I just think you should...darken a few lines here and there--like her body, left shoulder, etc.
Great job though, great job.

hehe yeah, I have trouble with creating more contrast with my pencil sketches. This is old, but I still have the same problem!

lol I know how hard it is to contrast, it's still a really nice picture, but maybe...who knows, in the future lol.

Photoshop CS...? Wonder what's so new about it if you think it looks the same...? To think that it needs a 256RAMed computers too...I doubt how much it's worth...

Ahh! Aeris! Not the haunting character from FFVII again?! When I think that it wasn't really Sephiroth that killed her but the game programmers instead(I'm not sure if you know or I haven't mentioned it to you, but they have to do it because they have to chase the deadline and didn't have time to configure her datas in disk 2 and 3. Don't believe me? You may explore disk 2 and you'll find her files). Not to mention, more people hate Rinoa than her while Rinoa is basically Aeris inside and Tifa outside. I wonder if you have one of those anti-Rinoa issues...

Hmm...while it's not completely mangaish, the influence is still there. It seems everyone likes her portrayed this way...innocent. I don't see much of that though starting from when Cloud fell into the church.

All in all, a hell of a sketch. Wonder if she'll make an appearance in Advent Children...

Lol I love reading your messages yes I've heard about there being data files in later disks that didn't make it into game play, but no matter the reason, ff7's story went the way it did, and you can critisize or praise it all you like but it's all in the past, so to speak. To me it was a great game, and I loved Aeris. I don't know why people would go so far as to hate a fictinal character, but then again, I hold double standards since I don't question people who say they love a fictional character. The only ff girl I've ever hated was Yuffie...she was very VERY annoying. As for Rinoa being Aeris on the inside, I really have to disagree. Rinoa was spoilt, loud, and confrontational, while Aeris was mild and selfless. And though Tifa and Rinoa both had long dark straight hair, I would say the similarities end there!

I didn't think this sketch of Aeris is very innocent at all, but maybe I just failed in getting across the mood I wanted. She's supposed to look mature, with a subtle smile, as if she's making fun of YOU!

I hoooooooope Aeris is in AC!!! I want to see how they make her over realicitized!!!
