Description
Painted version of the bust previously posted.Acrylic airbrush paint and regular craft acrylics on a custom wooden base. About 8" tall altogether.

Thanks, but this sculpture is of a female American Pit Bull Terrier. She was actually red brindle with a lot of white. If you look carefully, you can see some of the brindle patch that is on the back of her neck. I am pretty sure one wouldn't see a Dogo Argentino with that much color in the coat.
But I agree, Dogos are awesome dogs.

Looks fantastic, he's a good looking dog! I think I like the unpainted version better though so I can REALLY see all those little hairs and stuff. Great piece, you get an "A".

Thanks, man! I often like how my unpainted stuff looks too, so I hear ya. Only a little of the detailing was lost with the paintjob, but the white paint makes it hard to see in a photo.

Gotcha. I guess it's sorta like when I have a great pencil sketch and it looks so much different all inked and tightened up.
