I'd started doodling up this digital sculpture this weekend, only to realise my timing is pretty dire. With the news of Diablo3 being anounced just now I realised there will be a flood of Demonic related imagery any second now.Hehe, ah well, I'll leave it as it is then.. maaybe one day I'll finish him up.
I may even try another dragon in the meantime..

A very devious looking demon indeed, no doubt deep in thought of how to best to accomplish his plans of world domination.
Love the pitted cheekbone area and the tissue fold over the nose. Great sculpture.

Blizzard is looking for quality 3D artists. Instead of seeing Diablo 3 as a reason to *stop* creating satanic beasties, you should see this as an opportunity--you obviously have talent to spare.

Though frankly, the last thing I think they'd need is another WoW fan around their studios (or within 100 miles). I imagine I'd spend the first month of employment doing more drooling than actual work.

Actually, I think I remember seeing something about WoW on their employment page...and being a player and fan is one of the things most gaming companies look for.

Absolutely Quillmaster, but then again I could have spent an age working on the details. There's was something about the cavitous eyes that left me thinking it was fitting somehow (at least for this version). I may put some in one day
He sort of lacks the body I was planning as well (shhh.. there's nothing below the bottom frame)

You mean once every 3 years is too seldom ? Hehe. Yes, yes I know. I've been incredibly tied up (and frankly overworked) with my studio recently, so I'd not had too much time to do stuff just for myself.
Unfortunately I can't publish anything I've been doing professionally for the last couple of years as it's all NDA contracted
Still, I'm enjoying doing stuff for my own pleasure again now.. hopefully I'll keep it up
