or u can just get Manga studio 5 pro/ex. That's the English-fied version of Clip studio Paint. Just with a different brand name. EVERYTHING in it is still the SAME. (MS EX is what i'm using right now)

no it's not i just had to upgrade from manga studio 5 to clip studio because ms5 dose not have animation and a few thier things are different too

If i'm not mistaken, CLIP STUDIO is avaible in English and in French. (Actually, i'm not mistaken since i purchased it).
However, while the English licence works with the French software, it doesn't work with the Japanese one (and the Japanese licence don't work with em either).
