Description The delicate Aquamarine is one of the birthstones for the month of March. In keeping with Aquamarine's watery nature (it's name actually translates to "sea water") I decided to give the stone's Fairy a mermaid-style gown and fin-like wings. She's actually loosely modeled after the Siamese Fighting Fish!

Wow, all the folds of her dress are so cool. That must've taken a long time to colour. And those white spots/sparkles look like water drops, which is very fitting for the given picture. How can you be so good with watercolours?
