I'm using photoshop forΒ bothΒ drawing frames and putting them together. Look up some tutorials on that, you will see how it's done.

Good, but if you want the eyeroll to be more noticeable, maybe focus on that a little more than the turning of face or make the face-turning a bit slower?Β
