No OC was harmed in the making of this animation.Was supposed to pick one of those amazing characters that people sent me, but my teacher told me that I should design my own chara. So, well... Here.
Yes, I am aware of many mistakes, what is anatomy and all, but I'm in kind of hurry, need to finish before my diploma, so... yeah....

Adobe Photoshop CS6 can do animation? Is it similar to its Animated GIF property? Can I replicate this technique on GIMP?

I feel like this should be in a commercial. The flashing and fading really seems like it would be building suspense for an upcoming movie.

I usualy write under animations how long it took to animate them, you might want to read some other descriptions

I can't find any that say how long it took, only that say how long it is and how many frames there are.

*shrug* It takes about 24 hours to draw 3 seconds of animation if i'm in the mood.
